Gallery 966 (Dec 6, 2023). We love autumn. Nature comes to rest, it smells of earth, moss and mushrooms and we can easily find lots of suitable muddy spots. This was such a wonderful day in late autumn. It was a little uncomfortable, but still bearable and we were in the best mood. I was wearing a warm jumper and Marigold rubber gloves to protect against water and mud and, above all, the great Streamfisher waders. And yes, it got extremely muddy in this drained pond with nice tidal mud. I ended up sinking over the wader tops into the waist-deep mud pool in the inflow area.
