The first steps on the stairs seemed difficult however they were nothing against the stony clutter I encountered few minutes later (because a drainpipe caught my eye). But even stalking through the gravel couldn't really hurt the boots (apart from some scratches perhaps). Anyhow, after this torture I was finally happy sinking in heavenly soft mud. What a relief! The mud was not too deep and of exactly right consistence to wade effortlessly through. Magnificent! Allow me to tell you a little secret: I love high heels and even stilettos!
