Um... which kind of construction could it be, what shall be built here? Really strange, so many pipes and a circular basin. I suspect a kind of buried sewage system or something like that. Obviously it will be filled up sometime but, at the moment, it is simply a great adventure playground for our "hobby". Huge mounds of earth, water places, muddy ditches...
