Gallery 231 (Oct 28, 2009). Our summer was dry, very dry. Absolutely fine for holidays — pretty bad for our "hobby". When we made this session (after a good while of abstinence) the ground was still bone dry. Fortunately the carp season starts early autumn. And in that context, as you know, we find lots of drained carp ponds in our near environment. Every pond is different and a few even offer a good hook for a story. Such as here, a boggy flower bucket. Time for my Hunter wellies. The cycling tights (by courtesy of a good friend) may look a bit inappropriate here, but they proved well!
