We had taken a shovel along and while I was still curious about buried treasures I would possibly come across, I already found one! Something like a fossil, a sign of ancient life! My curiosity was aroused and I tried immediately unearthing further fossils. I fear, however, that I had merely discovered a field of building rubble. Not quite ancient but nonetheless signs of a life... ok, not too long ago. Anyway. With Bib Pants, vintage boots and rubber gloves I was at least perfectly prepared for the dirty work.
