Once we'd recovered from the shock and felt safe again, we naturally continued our adventure. As you know, I really like my Boden wellies, and they were perfect for the conditions here. Just for the bright red splash of color in the landscape, they were worth it, don't you think? And even though they're very tall, they were just barely high enough for the depth of the mud, great!
