Gallery 1074 (Dec 31, 2025). A drained pond in the middle of a dark forest. And no one around. We love conditions like these. Add to that the finest tidal mud and even a small (artificial) island in the middle. It doesn't get any better. I was completely covered in rubber and, as a special highlight, I had tucked my red rubber pants into my waders. You can imagine what a great feeling it is to be so thoroughly protected. And yes, the mud was actually so deep that the waders weren't even high enough. But who cares? Enjoy watching and have a Happy New Year!  — Sarah & Leon —
