Gallery 1028 (Feb 12, 2025). The mud in this drained pond was soft and deep. I had a hunch that knee-high boots might not be high enough. So I put on these leather boots with cuffs. They are very useful in deep mud because they turn into overknees when I pull up the cuffs. And yes, it turned out that even the pulled-up boots couldn't prevent the mud from reaching my breeches.
